This document will help us all align on the needs and scope of this project request. While all projects have some fluidity, agreement on initial needs will ensure UChicago Creative can provide deliverables in an efficient and timely manner. Our initial estimate and timeline will be based upon these needs, and major changes may result in updates to cost and deliverable dates.

Please provide as much detail as possible prior to an initial intake meeting, so we can be prepared to meet with the correct resources.

Creative work cannot begin until we have a COA on file. You can insert "9"s for any numbers not included in your specific COA. To make it easier, copy/paste 999 - 99999 - 999 - 9999 - 9999 - 99999 - 999 - 999 - 9999, and add your specific COA numbers.
We understand that many of your team members may be involved at various stages of your project. It is more efficient for a SPOC on your team to coordinate their input and feedback to be prepared for creative milestones in the project.

We will do our best to meet delivery dates as best as we can. Final deliverable dates will be determined by the scope of work and other creative projects already in our queue when the estimate is approved.
