These intake forms will help us all align on the needs and scope of this project request. These forms will allow you think about the goals, preferences, and requirements before we meet, which helps our creative team understand exactly what is needed and ensures that the project aligns with your vision.
It minimizes the need for back-and-forth communication to gather details, speeding up the project initiation process and keeping things on track. While all projects have some fluidity, agreement on initial needs will ensure UChicago Creative can provide deliverables in an efficient and timely manner. Our initial estimate and timeline will be based upon these needs, and major changes may result in updates to cost and deliverable dates.
Please provide as much detail as possible prior to an initial intake meeting, so we can be prepared to have the right UChicago Creative team members attend.
