Logan Center Impact Video

Celebrating the first five years.

In the fall of 2017, the Reva and David Logan Center for the Arts celebrated its fifth anniversary. To honor the occasion, the Logan Center hosted a public and private celebration to highlight its impact on the University campus, the South Side community, and the broader artistic community, while focusing on the future.

UChicago Creative was tasked with creating a three-to-five-minute video to inspire audiences and demonstrate the Logan Center’s impact as a stimulus for artistic practice, a collaborator, and an active place for artistic presentation, exchange, and interaction for artists at all stages of their careers.

UChicago Creative crafted a narrative that brought the communications objectives to life by featuring five interview subjects, from student artists and faculty to performers from the local community. Together with engaging B-roll, the interviews were artfully woven together to create a compelling behind-the-scenes look at the life of the Logan Center. The video successfully highlighted the impact the Logan Center has already had on the local and UChicago community, while inspiring audiences, donors, and the UChicago community with all that is yet to come.
